Terms for dealers.
We sell to businesses that resell, fit or distribute wipers. The terms below are the standing proposal — every quotation restates them, so nothing changes between the chat and the invoice.
Commercial terms
| Who we sell to | Auto-parts distributors, retailers, workshops, fleets and online sellers in Saudi Arabia. |
|---|---|
| Samples | Sample sets are charged at cost and shipped by express to your address, so you test before committing. |
| Minimum order | Typically from 100 pairs (200 blades) per model — about one export carton. Exact MOQ is confirmed per SKU in the quotation. |
| Private label | Your brand on blade, clip and carton. Artwork is checked before tooling or printing starts. |
| Packing | Standard export carton; retail-ready packs available for the premium tier. |
| Payment | Typical split: 30% deposit to confirm production, 70% against shipping documents. Alternatives quoted per order. |
| Quotation currency | USD on the invoice, with the RMB cost basis shown, so the margin is transparent on both sides. |
| Trade terms | FOB Shenzhen standard; CIF / DDP can be arranged with your forwarder — responsibilities are written into the quotation. |
Draft terms — confirm each line with us before your first order; your forwarder and SABER agent stay the authority on Saudi clearance.
Who covers what, per trade term.
The quotation always names one of these. If a document is missing, the responsible side is named on the same line.
| FOB Shenzhen | We handle export packing, customs clearance and loading. You arrange ocean freight and Saudi clearance. |
|---|---|
| CIF Dammam / Jeddah | Freight and insurance to the named port are arranged with your forwarder; you handle clearance, VAT and inland delivery. |
| DDP (door) | Arranged with your forwarder on request — every fee named in the quotation, none added later. |
SABER and Saudi clearance.
We coordinate, we do not improvise: the export side provides the product documentation your SABER agent needs, and we confirm the certificate scope before production — not when the container is at the port.
