The questions every dealer asks first — answered, so the first email can be a real order brief.
Can I get samples before ordering production?
Yes — samples are charged at cost and shipped by express to your address, so you can test fit and wipe quality before committing to production.
What is the minimum order?
Typically from 100 pairs (200 blades) per model — about one export carton. The exact MOQ for your chosen SKUs is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you put my brand on the product?
Yes — private label on blade, clip and carton. Send artwork early; we check it before any printing or tooling begins.
How do I know the set fits my customer’s car?
Your quotation is written against a fit sheet: model, year, blade sizes and arm type. If the arm is unusual, send a photo of the current blade before ordering.
What payment terms do you offer?
The standing proposal is 30% deposit to confirm production and 70% against shipping documents. Alternatives can be quoted per order.
Which shipping terms do you quote?
FOB Shenzhen is our standard term. CIF and DDP can be arranged with your forwarder — each quotation names one term and states who covers what, including documents.
Who handles SABER and Saudi clearance?
We coordinate with your SABER agent and forwarder: product documentation from our side, certificate scope confirmed before production. Clearance stays with the import side, as the term you chose states.
What if a blade is faulty in a batch?
Claims follow a documented process: photos of the batch, our check against the order record, then replacement or credit agreed before the next order. Terms are written into the quotation.
